This delicious wine is made in the classic style of ‘Methode Champenoise’ with 80% Semillon, the Hunter’s signature variety, and 20% Chardonnay. The fruit was grown on the Individual Vineyards located on the Hermitage Road Pokolbin it an elegant wine with excellent persistence of flavour and a clean refreshing finish. This wine is made from Premium Shiraz grapes grown on our IronBark property. After initial processing the Shiraz wine is bottle fermented, aged on the lees and allow to develop in the bottle. It is a beautifully frothy drop with delicious flavour and character.The wine exhibits fresh lively raspberry and cherry aromas and has a lovely rich full flavoured and well balanced palate.
